Paid advertising

Microsoft Ads and Yandex Direct Management

The platforms most agencies will not touch, which is exactly why the auctions stay cheaper.

Microsoft Ads is the easiest win in paid search. Campaigns import directly from Google with minimal rework, the audience skews older and higher intent, and most of your competitors are not bidding there. It rarely carries the volume Google does, but the cost per acquisition is often meaningfully lower.

Yandex Direct is a different proposition. If you sell into Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan or Turkey, it is the search platform that matters, and very few agencies outside the region will run it. I do, including the interface, the moderation rules and the payment logistics that put most people off.

What is included

Everything below is part of the work, not an upsell.

  • Microsoft Ads import from Google, then rebuilt for the platform
  • Yandex Direct account setup, campaigns and moderation handling
  • Keyword and audience research specific to each platform
  • Ad copy adapted rather than copied across
  • Ongoing optimisation and reporting alongside your other channels

Who this is for

Businesses already running Google Ads who want cheaper incremental volume, and any company selling into Russian-speaking or Turkish markets.

Common questions

If you are already running Google, yes. The import takes little time and the traffic is usually cheaper. Treat it as an add-on rather than a primary channel.

Yes. It requires the right account setup and an understanding of their moderation process, which is stricter than Google. This is one of the few things I do that almost no competing agency offers.

Primarily Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, with meaningful share in Turkey. If your buyers are not in those markets, it is not for you.
