Buyers can use generated answers to compare providers before visiting their websites. Ordinary site analytics cannot show every answer a person saw. A documented question sample adds another view of how your business appears during that research.

This audit measures that directly. We take the ten questions your buyers actually ask before they buy, run them across the major AI assistants, and record what comes back: whether you appear, whether you are linked, and which competitors are named in your place.

The website review checks for obstacles and gaps supported by evidence: access rules, page identity, useful answers and consistent facts. A missing mention alone cannot tell us why a proprietary system chose a different response. The report separates observations, hypotheses and confirmed technical faults.

One thing we will not claim: nobody can guarantee placement in an AI answer, and anyone who does is selling you something. What this gives you is evidence of where you stand today, a comparison against the competitors being cited, and a prioritised plan.

Scope, visibility checks and delivery

The proposal defines the questions, markets, AI search experiences and report deliverables. Repeat testing and implementation are scoped separately when required.

How the work is delivered

The baseline contains up to 50 checks: ten agreed buyer questions across five agreed AI search experiences. Each record includes the prompt, date, market, response and sources where available. Mentions and links are measured separately, and unavailable answers are recorded. A second complete run is another 50 responses and is scoped separately.

What to expect at handover

The written report combines the sampled answers with access, identity, content and relevant off-site evidence. It includes priorities, scoring definitions and a 30, 60 and 90 day plan. Standard delivery is five working days after intake and required access are complete. Implementation is quoted separately. The audit identifies observations and plausible obstacles; it cannot prove why a proprietary system omitted a business or guarantee future placement.

The website fixes often overlap; the extra testing does not reveal every cause of an AI system's answer.

A mention names your business in an answer. A citation links to a page on your website as a source. We record them separately, including the cited URL, because an unlinked brand mention and a website referral are different outcomes.

No. Answers vary across questions, systems, locations and dates. A useful baseline documents those conditions and records unavailable responses. Repeat the same agreed sample to compare observations, while keeping the limits of a small sample explicit.
